CORP Women’s Clinic 102 : MTB Foundations II

  • Aldo Leopold Park 2906 Traceway Drive Madison, WI, 53713 United States (map)

Women's Clinic! This clinic is for female identifying participants.

In this 2-hour “Foundations II” clinic, we will build on the skill essentials covered in our “Foundations I” to help you further on your path to loving riding bikes on dirt (even on roots and rocks!)

Our “CORP Trails 102: MTB Foundations II” is perfect for the new rider, or the experienced rider who wants to refresh and build better foundational skills for the season and pick up a few new pointers. By the end of this clinic, you'll be equipped with a solid toolkit to help you tackle many singletrack trails confidently and smoothly.

Our local, expert clinic leaders will cover the basics: front/rear wheel lifts, ratcheting, shifting under load, tight cornering (switchbacks), rocky terrain and introductions to cornering.

We will keep you moving as much as possible with feedback and encouragement. Clinics are intentionally kept small so instructors can provide individualized support.

LOCATION: Aldo Leopold Park

WHO ARE OUR CLINIC INSTRUCTORS?

Beth Ross and Elise Uphoff are coaches for Madison West's MTB team and longtime instructors for CORP Clinics. They've spent years helping people hone their foundational skills and are sure to help you improve too!
