Wild Oaks: A New Adventure on the Horizon!

Just 20 minutes southwest of Verona sits 416 acres of Driftless magic, co-managed by the Driftless Area Land Conservancy (DALC) and the Badgerland Foundation. Their vision? To protect the land’s rural spirit while weaving together wildlife habitat, sustainable agriculture, and an immersive trail network designed to connect people to the landscape in unforgettable ways.

Here’s the best part for riders: more than 8 miles of bike-optimized singletrack are planned, winding through classic Driftless topography. CORP Trails has been working closely with DALC to secure access for CORP Trails members, making sure local riders will be among the first to experience these future trails.

Phase I will kick off later this Summer with hiking and access trail development. Phase II will launch in 2026, bringing in the start of those long-anticipated mountain bike trails!
